To make Easter breakfast a little more exciting for her two daughters, Emma Saunders and Hannah McBurney, Ashley McBurney of Mathews made special pancakes, one for each. “They were as excited about this as much as they were about their Easter baskets. They didn’t want to cut it so I served a dish of syrup so they could pick the pancakes up by hand and then dip and nibble on them,” said Ashley McBurney.
