dining out. In 2020 this trend will be going mainstream, according to major
food researchers and chefs from across the country.
Generally most food trends are introduced by chefs, and you
are introduced to them when dining out. But in today's world, due to the many
food shows available on TV, home cooks are introducing new trends from within.
Here are few 2020 trends you will be experiencing.
Brussels sprouts will rise in popularity along with kale,
cabbage, cauliflower and farro. All are healthy foods and if organic they are even
more popular. Cauliflower has been and will still continue to be used in pizza
making but more variations will be on the market.
