Four students at Bethel Elementary School entered original poems in the Virginia Symphony Orchestra’s “Celebration of Water” poetry competition. Although the poems were not selected as winners, they will be included in the program book for the concert. The students received two complimentary tickets each for the June 4 concert, which will be held at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk. The performance is part of the Virginia Arts Festival.
