Theresa Berry and Rudolph Williams of Hayes announce the engagement of their daughter, Ruby Williams, to David Salas Jr., son of Venis Washington of Spotsylvania.
Ruby graduated from Virginia State University and is employed by the Gloucester-Mathews Gazette-Journal. She is a graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University.
David also graduated from Virginia State University and works in his field of study, computer science.
A wedding is planned for 2026.
