William Paul Parker, 59, of Gloucester, Va., passed away unexpectedly on May 21, 2024 while undergoing treatment for leukemia. He was born on April 20, 1965 in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, to Daniel and Alice Parker.
Paul was a U.S. Army veteran, a number one Yankee fan, and had a passion for Ford Mustangs since a young age; restoring many cars and engines throughout the years.
Paul was a very hard worker with a strong work ethic. He was in the automobile business for 40 plus years. He worked in various auto related jobs such as auto parts, manager, finance and sales. He received numerous and yearly awards.
Paul is survived by his wife of 27 years, Regina M. Parker; his parents, Daniel and Alice Parker of Gloucester; his brother, Danny Parker (Tammy) of Whitewater, Wisconsin; sister, Donna Cater (George) of Lancaster, Va.; nephew, Curtis Parker (Judy); niece, Casey Broglio (Dustin), and great-niece, Maya. His beloved cats will miss their nightly belly rubs.
Family and friends will gather for a memorial service on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 3 o’clock at Calvary Baptist Church, 4506 George Washington Memorial Hwy., Hayes, Va. Friends and family are invited to share refreshments following the service. Andrews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
