A funeral for William Edward “Bill” (Smitty) Smith, 83, of Hampton, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26 at Antioch Baptist Church, Susan. He died Aug. 18, 2017.

A visitation will be held from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, at Carter Funeral Home, Newport News. Interment will follow the funeral in the church cemetery.
