William “Andy” Horsley passed away peacefully on March 18, 2024 surrounded by his family at Riverside Regional Medical Center after a long battle with esophageal cancer.
Andy was an amazing man who started Tri County Repair in 1995 and operated the business until 2023 when he was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer. He facilitated equipment repairs and maintenance for farmers, foresters, and construction companies in Gloucester and surrounding counties for 28 years. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. His passion was wreck-fishing for sheepshead. He received numerous citations for several types of saltwater fish and started a second business, First Cast Jigs. He was a friend to many, an amazing father, and a beautiful loving husband to his wife, Nikki.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann Horsley.
He is survived his wife and best friend, Nichole Louise Horsley; his father, William Norman “Butch” Horsley Jr.; his brother, Brian Horsley; his children, Alicia Harris (Calvin), Ryan Horsley (Danielle), Michelle Horsley (Dustin Pugh), and stepchildren, Amanda Milburne (Kenny), Kelsey Harle (Brian), Kiristen Harle (Pete); grandchildren, Aiden, Grayson, Holden, Cohen, Emerson, Adalynn, Aubrey, Brian, and Kobe, and many loving extended family members and friends.
A service is planned for immediate family members to celebrate Andy’s life.
