A funeral service for Willard David Keels Jr., 64, of Mathews, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at Emmaus Baptist Church, North. He died Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard David Keels Sr. and Eula P. Keels.

Survivors include his three sisters, Davette K. Hayes, Gisele Pryor and Marlene Davis.

A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held in the church cemetery.
