Widows of Gloucester and Mathews came together to share experiences, insights and fellowship at a luncheon Saturday at First Morning Star Baptist Church, Hayes. Organized by Marion Randall and Charlotte Wright, themselves widows, the gathering included prayer, a praise dance, testimonials by the organizers, table talk among those attending, and presentations by Tracey Ellis Turner and First Morning Star co-pastor Teela Finch. There were also raffles of a range of gifts.
