Widows of Gloucester and Mathews counties will meet from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Tabernacle of Faith Church, 7028 Woodsville Road, Hayes. Attire is casual.
Organized earlier this year, the widows’ group will introduce officers and ask the needs of those in attendance. The meeting is being termed a meet, greet and talk session.
