The Mathews County Wetlands Board will consider an application by C. Foster Jennings Jr. of Richmond during its meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1, in the historic courthouse on Court Street.

He has requested a permit to install a 131-linear-foot marsh sill to protect existing grasses and a 38-linear-foot riprap revetment on a section of shoreline that’s landward of an existing pier along Horn Harbor at 251 Harbor Watch.
