Weekly racing action resumes Saturday at VMS

Coming off a successful Powertrain Control Solutions Eddie Boomhower Memorial RVA Flat Track event, Virginia Motor Speedway will return to weekly racing this Saturday and host Truckin Thunder Military Appreciation Night. All military personnel, active or retired, will be admitted free with military I.D.
It will be week 7 of Dirt Series Championship weekly racing. Featured races include the Victory Lap Pro Late Model, Truckin’ Thunder Sportsman, Budweiser Modified, and Collision One Limited Stock Car divisions.
Competitor gates open at 3 p.m., with spectator gates open at 5. On-track activities start at 5:45 with hot laps; features start at 7.
Admission price for adults is $15, seniors (60+) $12, students 13-17 years old $10, and children 12 and under admitted free. Pit passes will be $25.
