Rachel Wells has been recognized as the Abingdon Ruritan Club’s 2023 Volunteer of the Year. She is shown accepting her plaque from the club’s 2023 president Tony Dziadul. Wells has volunteered at every Abingdon Ruritan Club Seafood Festival since its inception. In addition, she has participated in many functions of the club, including the Children’s Christmas Party and other major events.
