Representatives of Arts on Main and the Bay School Community Arts Center were among the arts leaders from across the state who attended the Impact Celebration for the Arts that was held Monday at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond. Presenters included executives with the Virginia Commission for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the VMFA, as well as Virginia Secretary of Education Aimee Rogstad Guidera.
