Virginia “Ginny” Lucille Bolton (née Sicotte) of Gloucester, departed this earthly life and went to be with Jesus on August 26, 2023. She was an enthusiastic member of Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church. Ginny served as an elementary school teacher for many years, most recently at Living Word Academy in Tabb. She loved children, animals, and Christ.

Ginny is survived by several dear siblings; her loving and doting husband, Homer Leroy Bolton; children, Ed Halton, Pat Schmielau, Nanci Eudailey, Jeffrey Bolton, Robyn DeQuila, and their warm, extended family.

A graveside service will be held at Windsor Gardens Cemetery in Dutton, Va., on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 11 a.m.
