After four years in business, Village Landscape, LLC, has officially opened a storefront location on Gloucester’s Main Street. The grand opening was held last month in conjunction with Earth Day.
Owners Michael and Laura Trantham decided to open a brick-and-mortar store to consult with landscape customers and have a retail space where they can sell houseplants, planters and other plant-related items.
The couple has even installed a plant bar for customers to build their own succulent or air plant arrangement. The plant bar can also be used for those who wish to repot their plants, but do not want to make a mess in their home. Groups can even reserve the plant bar.
Village Landscape will have classes and workshops this summer and will also be working with the Gloucester High School chapter of the Future Farmers of America.
“We are so happy to be on Main Street,” said general manager Liz Miller.
