After a perfect undefeated TASL season, the Baystars U10 White Caps traveled to the Warhill Sports Complex in Williamsburg on Saturday, Nov. 23 and Sunday, Nov. 24 to play in the Champions Shootout Tournament, with the White Caps placing second in their bracket.

Saturday’s games had the White Caps playing two different Virginia Beach City FC teams.In first game, the White Caps solidly controlled ball movement, completely shutting out the competition as Ryan Seay led scoring with three goals, Colton Bergstrom scored twice along with Wyatt Brockenbrough, Noah Ford and Arimus Stevenson each found the net once, and Donnie Wolford added an assist. Triffon Luechauer served as keeper in the first half marking one save with Seay defending in the second half, also marking a save. Following the 8-0 win, the White Caps advanced to game two.
