Two new exhibits at Kilmarnock gallery

July brings two new art exhibits to the RAL Art Center, 19 Main Street, Kilmarnock. The one hundred original artworks in these two shows, “Coastal” and “Small Works,” include paintings, photography, fiber art, glass, and sculpture entered by member artists. These exhibits opened June 27.
The two shows were judged by Kay Van Dyke, an architect and owner of an art gallery in Gloucester. Van Dyke’s judge’s comments and awards for the two exhibits will be presented at a public reception on Friday.
The works will remain on display and available for purchase until July 29. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
