Historic Yorktown is hosting back-to-back popular events the first weekend of May at Riverwalk Landing: Blues, Brews & BBQ on Saturday, and the Art at the River Juried Art Show on Sunday.
Blues, Brews & BBQ
Tickets are currently on sale at www.villageevents.org for the Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival. This event will include smorgasbord of craft beers, BBQ available for purchase, and some of the area’s top blues musicians at the Riverwalk Landing Stage. The Paul Urban Band kicks off the musical entertainment at 12:30 p.m. and the band 6 Ways 2 Sunday hits the stage at 3:30 p.m.
Participating breweries include Alewerks Brewing Co., Armed Forces Brewing Company, Back Bay Brewing Co., Billsburg Brewery, Blake’s Beverage Company, Cape Charles Brewing Company, Devils Backbone Brewing Company, Kona Brewing Co., Oozlefinch Beers & Blending, Sly Clyde Ciderwork, SweetWater Brewing Company, The Original Larry’s Hard Lemonade Brewing Co. and Tradition Brewing Company.
