Tracy Ward, 34, of Gloucester, born on July 14, 1990, passed away on March 11, 2025 at VCU Critical Care Hospital in Richmond, Va. Tracy enjoyed spending time and making memories with her children, family and friends. She was a woman unlike any other—radiating strength, warmth, and a laughter that could light up the darkest days. Her resilience was firm and her joy was contagious, leaving an unforgettable mark on everyone she met. She was preceded in death by her father, Winsor Ward Jr.; her grandmother, Evenlyn David; grandfather, Oscar David Sr., grandmother, Delores Ward and grandfather, Winsor Ward Sr. She is survived by her two sons, Cayden and Jayden; her mother, Karen Gregory; siblings, Melanie, Bryan, April, Antwan, Stacy, Evan, Whittney, Winsor, Jeremy, David, Dashon, Dontrelle and Kamara, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

A viewing will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 at 3632 E. Lewis B. Puller Memorial Hwy., Shacklefords, Va. 23516. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 23, at the Ward Family Cemetery, 5592 East River Road, Foster, Va. 23056. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Camp Piankatank, 1586 Stampers Bay Road, Hartfield, Va. 23071.
