With deepest sorrow, we announce Mr. Tony Andre Marsh, age 58, our beloved son, brother, and family member passed away peacefully in Mableton, Georgia on March 18, 2021. Tony was strong, courageous and fought a good fight during his five-year battle with Carcinoid Cancer.

He was always positive, encouraging, humble and strong.

Tony Marsh was born Aug. 27, 1962 at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Hampton, Virginia, to Mr. Charles and Mrs. Laura Marsh. Tony grew up in Mathews County, Virginia, attended Mathews County school system. He graduated Mathews High School in 1980; worked in Williamsburg shortly before attending Old Dominion University (ODU) in Norfolk, Virginia. Tony was in the Co-Op program and graduated from ODU 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.

He was also preceded in death by his father, Mr. Charles E. Marsh. He is survived by his adoring mother, Mrs. Laura E. Marsh of Mathews; sister, Debra B. Marsh of Bowie, Maryland. Also surviving are his aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins.

Those who knew Tony, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. He will be remembered as a wonderful, quiet man that radiated joy, love, and peace. You will forever be in our heart and always on our mind. Rest peacefully, my brother. We shall meet again.
