GREEN TOMATO PIE

1 basic pie crust
1 medium green tomato, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
2 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste
4 oz. each: Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Mozzarella 
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Arrange tomato slices, onion and green pepper in pie crust, in that order. Sprinkle 1 tsp. oregano and salt lightly top of vegetables. Grate three cheeses and put on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with another 1 tsp. oregano over cheeses and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour. Serves 4-5.

1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1½ Tbs. Knox gelatin
½ c. cold water
2 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
Dash of horseradish
½ c. broken nutmeats
Heat soup; add gelatin which has been softened in cold water and then cool mixt...
