TOGA’s Fall Float Sale to be held Oct. 12

The Tidewater Oyster Gardeners Association’s Fall Float Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 12 at Camp Kekoka, 1083 Boys Camp Road, Kilmarnock.
This will be the organization’s second float sale at Camp Kekoka, according to TOGA president emeritus Brian Wood.
When you enter the camp from Boys Camp Road, follow TOGA signs to the sales area. Membership is required to order TOGA floats. For information on membership, see www.oystergardener.org/become-a-member.
During the event, TOGA will provide educational materials and personal consultation with Master Oyster Gardeners who will work with prospective and experienced oyster gardeners. In addition, Dr. Richard Siciliano, Master Oyster Gardener, will give a live class titled Oyster Gardening 101 (www.oystergardener.org/oyster-gardening-101).
