The Fairfield Foundation hosted its second Timberneck Tea Membership Drive Party on Saturday at the Timberneck House, which is located in the Machicomoco State Park. The event was perfect for tea-lovers, giving them the opportunity to enjoy refreshing teas and snack while learning about the custom of afternoon teas, served by ladies in colonial dress. In addition to providing tea-goers with a 2024 membership, the event also helped raise funds for the ongoing restoration of Timberneck House.
