Tickets go on sale this weekend for the Court House Players production of “Bus Stop” by William Inge. The show will be performed March 8-11 at the Piankatank Ruritan Club on Buckley Hall Road in Mathews.
The classic play features an ensemble cast that includes Lara Emerson as restaurant owner Grace Hoyland, Ashton Emerson as waitress Elma Duckworth, D’Shawn Wright as Sheriff Will Masters, and Tom Robinson as Carl the bus driver. Also, Tristan Emerson as cowboy Bo Decker, John Dempsey as ranch hand Virgil Blessing, R.J. Erickson as Professor Lyman, and Laura Soles as Cherie, a chanteuse. Anita Minuth is the director.
Tickets are $30 for dinner theater performances, which begin at 6:30 p.m. during the Thursday through Saturday performances. Advance sales only.
The show-only Sunday matinee, which begins at 3 p.m., is $17 in advance for adults, $18 at the door, and $5 for students.
