A funeral for Thomas Sidney Phelps, Jr., 55, of Deltaville, was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. He died Oct. 29, 2013.

He was a seafood dealer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Sidney Phelps Sr. and mother, Ada Phelps Lughart.

He is survived by his children, Thomas Sidney Phelps III, Michael Ryan Phelps, James Travis Phelps, Tabitha Phelps and Lauren Smith; sister, Teresa Nagy; brothers, Calvin Phelps and Jimmy Phelps; stepfather, Richard “Dick” Lughart, and five grandchildren.

The service was conducted by Pastor Leroy Davis. Interment followed in Bellamy Memorial Cemetery.
