A program on milkweed will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Gloucester Library at a meeting of the Friends of the Dragon Run. The presentation is free and open to the public. Harmony Dalgleish, assistant professor of biology at the College of William and Mary, will talk about this plant.
