An opening reception for “The Artist’s Journey,” a show focusing on student art, will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Bay School Community Arts Center, Mathews. Food and drinks will be served. The exhibit showcases the artwork created at Bay School classes by artists who have taken a class there at some point in their creative journey. This year’s show has 22 participating artists, some entering a show for the first time. Artwork will include felting, photography, paintings, pottery, and jewelry.
