I am always thankful for many things, not just at Thanksgiving but all through the year. This should be a joyous time for all and with God’s Grace and Mercy and we all learn to trust in him it will be.
My thankful things are these and a few more, my mother and father, sister, brother, daughters, nieces, nephews and extended family members. I am thankful for my church family and the neighbors that helped to raise me and all people in the world, military, firemen, policemen and many others. And as I do my Meals on Wheels I say "thank you, Jesus," they still can come to the door and I receive their meals.
On Halloween day of this year, my sister called to tell me the boys were in an accident. I did not know what to do, but Endia, my daughter, said it will be all right because I fell on my knees and prayed and I prayed in the car. But God brought them through and that is always something to be thankful for.
