Teresa Ann Carter, formerly of Gloucester, age 65, moved her address to heaven on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Teresa was the daughter of the late Thomas Carter and Patricia Brown, born on July 11, 1959 in New Jersey. Teresa was a kind and generous person who spent 40 years serving others as a registered nurse, floating around from pediatrics to geriatrics and everything in between. In her free time, she was an avid reader who loved crafting and cross-stitching. Teresa is survived by her daughter, Karla Jefferson (Alphonso); son, Timothy Jenkins (Samantha), and grandchildren, Memphis, Cash, Dominick, Jackson, and Junior Jenkins. Brother, Thomas Carter also survives her. The family will receive friends at Hogg Funeral Home on Friday, February 14, 2025, from 11-11:45 a.m., followed by a chapel service at noon, conducted by Rev. Richard Croxton. Interment will follow in Rosewell Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
