Gloucester County will be making some improvements to the parking lot behind County Building 2 in the coming weeks, which will cause part of that parking lot to be temporarily roped off. This is the building that houses the Treasurer and Commissioner of Revenue’s offices, as well as Planning, Zoning, and Environmental offices. Beginning Monday through Friday, May 9, the county’s engineering services team will be working on drainage improvements, which will require access to be restricted to all the parking spaces closest to Building 2. There will be ample parking spaces in the lot behind Building 1, which is located next door, a release stated.
