Sylvia Oliver Rowe, 82, of Gloucester, died on Oct. 24, 2023.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Beech Grove Baptist Church, Hayes. A graveside service and reception will follow at the church.
