Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church, 3900 George Washington Memorial Highway, Ordinary, is hosting a Super Bowl LVII food drive to help those in Gloucester dealing with food insecurity.
In anticipation of the game on Sunday, Feb. 12, donors can vote for the team they are rooting for when they drop off food donations. Food collection boxes are labeled with the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles logos. As the game approaches, watch the electronic sign in front of the church as it updates the amount collected.
Susanna Wesley’s food pantry is open each Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until noon for those in the need. People can call the office on Mondays to reserve their food delivery at 804-642-7551.
