Susan Marie Legault-Davidson, age 69, of Gloucester, died at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, Sept. 15, 2021, following her battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was the daughter of the late Ruth and Rene Legault, born June 25, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan. In 1984, Susan became a Gloucester resident and immediately began weaving herself and family into the community. She touched many lives supporting numerous organizations including volunteering with Girl Scouts, Easter Seals, Yorktown Art Foundation, Tidewater Basketry Guild, and Scottie’s Rock Rescue. We will miss her laughter, stories and her touch. She was passionate about her family, basketry and Scottie Dogs. Sue reluctantly left behind her husband, James Davidson; children, Lisa Yeaw, Russell Williams, Leslie Davidson, Gina Cross; four grandchildren, Matthew Schultz, Chaz Schultz, Cody Williams, Ruby Cross, and great-granddaughter, Amia Schultz. The family will receive friends Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, from 11-11:45 a.m. at Hogg Funeral Home. Funeral service conducted by Pastor Art Wolz will begin at 12 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, followed by interment at Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery.
