Supporting GUEST

Members of the Exchange Club of Gloucester-Mathews spent Saturday helping the Gloucester United Emergency Shelter Team program. They worked at the GUEST house in Gloucester, trimming trees and bushes, power washing the office building, and pulling weeds. “There is still work to be done but this was a great group effort and we will be scheduling another clean-up soon,” said Exchange Club president Nancy Deptola. “We are thankful that the GUEST house is located in our community and offers support to others in need.” Shown here are, from left, president elect Ken Walker, Nancy Deptola (kneeling), board member Melanie Hummel and her husband and club member, Robert Hummel, community volunteer Kurtis Hoar and treasurer Mike Bousquet.
