Sukcha Muckler, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on November 30, 2024 at the age of 62. She is cherished and survived by her husband, Ronald Muckler, and her three daughters: Victoria and husband Hector, Lisa and husband Nick, and Stephanie and husband Gary. Sukcha also leaves behind her four siblings, Yi Tae Shik, Yi Ju Shik, Yi Kyung Ok, and Yi Un Sook, as well as her seven grandchildren: Kayden, Zachary, Aiden, Hendrix, Kobe, Sophia, and Clyde. Born on July 13, 1962 in Ga il Uljin, South Korea, Sukcha was the daughter of Chong Son I and the late Yi Hae Yon. She was an extraordinary woman whose kindness and compassion touched the lives of everyone she met. Sukcha’s love for gardening not only brought beauty to her home but also inspired her culinary skills, making her an exceptional cook who nourished her family with love. The family invites you to join us in celebrating and honoring Sukcha’s life on December 13 at Andrews Funeral Home in Gloucester, Virginia. The viewing will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., to be conducted by the Rev. Baek. Local police and members of the American Legion will escort attendees to her burial service at Windsor Gardens and a celebration of life will follow immediately at American Legion Post 75. Sukcha was a proud supporter of Tunnel to Towers and the Wounded Warrior Project, so in lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to these charities in her memory. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
