Stefan Pawel Jakubczak Sr., retired USAF, of James Store, died March 8, 2011.
Stefan was predeceased by his parents, Stefan and Elisabeth Jakubczak of St. James, N.Y.
He is survived by his son, Stefan Pawel Jakubczak Jr.; daughter, Karin Ann Cosgro, and former spouse of 26 years, Joan Marie Jakubczak; five grandchildren; sister, Aniela Dowling; brother, Edward Jakubczak of St. James, N.Y., and Stefan’s long-time housemate, Roberta Bellus of Gloucester also mourn his passing.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at 10 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in York-
town.
Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, was in charge of arrangements.
