Eight Stations of the Cross have been set up in the sanctuary of Apostles Lutheran Church, Gloucester, for the season of Lent. Stations of the Cross refers to a series of images depicting Jesus Christ on the day of his crucifixion. Praying the Stations of the Cross is among the most ancient of spiritual disciplines, a practice that stretches back to the early centuries of the church. The stained glass is the work of Gene Gomez.
