The Gloucester High School HOSA Club attended the Virginia HOSA State Leadership Conference the second weekend of March, where Peasley Middle School student Jocelynn Nester placed first in the categories of Life Threatening Situations and Health Careers Exploration in the middle school division. GHS students Madison Roady and Leila Nester placed in the top five in the state for their health education project involving Peasley and Page Middle School in the Health Education Team Event. Those advancing to the second rounds of their categories but did not place include Adison Belor (Nurse Aide), Sarah Bullins (Health Career Photography) and Alexis Dishman (Healthy Living).
