The Bay School Community Arts Center in Mathews is seeking sponsors for its Annual Gala & Art Auction, to be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the historic estate of Auburn, once a vacation home of John Lennon and Yoko Ono and now the home of Claude and Lynn Hornsby.
The gala is a dynamic evening featuring live and silent auctions, raffles, live music, and “decadent fare,” says an entry on the center’s website.
Most levels of sponsorship include admission to the Gala & Art Auction, says the entry, but sponsors who can’t attend are encouraged to share their tickets with an artist or art lover they know.
Donations of art of experiences for auctioning are also considered sponsorships, says the entry form, with the level based on the retail value of the donation.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 to $10,000, with all sponsors receiving recognition in press releases and social media postings and their logo/name on the sponsor banner and in the event program. Higher-level sponso...
