The rock, rhythm, and blues band SPANK will perform at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Flat Iron Crossroads, Gloucester. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with food by Coastal Thirst. Tickets are $20 and are available at the door or online at flatironcrossroads.com. Children ages 10 and under are free of charge. Hailing from the Research Triangle of North Carolina, the members of SPANK have a combined 150 years of experience performing. Veteran performers Mike Edwards, shown here, and Robert Turner led the band Mike Edwards and the Banned in the 1990s, performing works by the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, Steely Dan, and others in a seven-state region.
