Soul Providers, Richmond’s premier soul band for over 20 years, will perform at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, at Flat Iron Crossroads, Gloucester. Led by original member Steve Webb, the group “brings its own mixture of gritty 60s soul and hard-driving blues to the party,” said a press release, adding that the band “delivers the goods. The nine accomplished musicians who compose the band have appeared with numerous national acts and been featured regionally at many marquee events. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with food from Positive Pizza and beverages from the FIX Bar. It will be an outdoor show, weather permitting. Tickets are $15 and are available at flatironcrossroads.com. Reminder: Anthony Rosano and the Conqueroos will perform at the venue this Saturday.
