The Mission and Evangelism team of Central United Methodist Church, Mathews, recently held its annual 4s (Songs, Soups, Salads and Sweets) program. The audience was treated to music by Kathryn Diggs (above), Hunter Owens (below), Grace Mortimer, Janet Bowman, Michele Hudgins Thacker, Bill Loving, Merle Guy and John Lee Callis. After the musical performances, everyone enjoyed an array of homemade soups, salads and desserts prepared by members of the church.
