A crew with Verizon contractor Sites Unlimited, Inc., met with Mathews officials on Tuesday for an initial site visit to the Mathews-owned communications tower at Fire Station 2 Bohannon. They were there to determine the scope of work needed to place Verizon cellular equipment on the tower.
