Croatian pop star Tatiana “Tajci” Cameron and her sister Sanya Matejas, who is the lead vocalist with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, will perform live at Mathews High School on Sunday, Oct. 27. The concert begins at 3 p.m.
A platinum recording artist, Tajci and her sister “bring … international flair to the songs of the Great American Songbook,” said a press release. Covering numbers ranging in genre and styling from John Denver to Stephen Foster and Willie Nelson to John Lennon, the sisters, along with accompanist Brian Hanson, offer a unique and entertaining show that will appeal to audiences of all ages, genders and demographics, the release stated.
Tickets at the door are $25 for adults; youth through high school are admitted free.
