Signpine fundraiser clears $19

In Signpine news, the Box Party and general frolic given by the League on Friday, March 13, proved quite a success in spite of the threatening weather. The attendance was very good and all seemed to have a pleasant time. They cleared $19.06 on the boxes and refreshments that were sold. That brings the total in the treasury up to $55.26

Rev. J.B. Hunley and son, J.B. Jr., motored down from Richmond last week to spend a few days with his brothers, Messrs. Howard and Albert Hunley at Bohannon. Mr. Albert Hunley returned with him to spend a short time.
Mrs. R.L. Mickleborough, who has been confined at her home with an abscess in her ear, is slowly improving.
