Shirley Jean McCullen, 84, of Gloucester, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2022.

She was born in Red Oak, N.C., and was the widow of Elijah John McCullen.

Survivors include her children, Donald Ray Scott McCullen, Elijah John McCullen Jr., Joseph Troy McCullen, Angela Thompson, David McCullen, and Michael McCullen; seven grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022, at Bellamy Memorial Cemetery, Gloucester.

Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester, is in charge of arrangements.
