Sewlovelee celebrates ninth anniversary

Sewlovelee, a full-service fabric shop and quilting studio in Irvington, will celebrate its ninth year in operation Oct. 10-14 with storewide sales, giveaways, and its annual Community Customer Quilt Show.
More than 40 quilters—local and not—are expected to show their quilted creations at the weather-permitting outdoor show in the shop’s Quilt Garden Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The public will choose the winner of the show;
The winner receives a $100 Sewlovelee gift certificate and those who vote are entered into a drawing to win one of nine Sewlovelee-made quilts. There’s no charge to view the quilts or vote.
“The talent of our customers is unsurpassed. They inspire us and others. What better way to share our love of quilting than by having this annual show,” asked Lee Taylor, owner of Sewlovelee.
