Services and other activities in churches this week include the following:
Abingdon Episcopal
Abingdon Episcopal Church, White Marsh, will hold Holy Eucharist services at 8 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The 10:30 service is livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube. At 9:30, Sunday school, “Episco 101,” for adults and “This Week in Faith” for youth is offered. At the 10:30 worship the church will observe Scout Sunday. Members of Troop 113 will worship with us and offer a luncheon following the service, a release noted.
The church is open for silent prayer Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m.
Antioch Baptist
The Rev. Sean Cummings of Friendship Baptist Church, Newport News, will preach at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in Antioch Baptist Church, Susan. It will be in-person and on Facebook at WeAreAntioch.
