The five seniors on this year’s Mathews High School varsity soccer team were honored during halftime of last Wednesday’s game against West Point. The seniors recognized were, top row from left, Carson Brown, Dylan White; bottom row, Garrett Applegate, Zoe Goodwin and Brandon Gandee. The Blue Devils fell to the visiting Pointers, 2-1. On Monday, Mathews lost on the road to Middlesex, 4-1.
